These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jondu app ("App") provided by the Jondu Team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
No account required: Jondu is offline-first and does not require you to register an account. You simply download the App and start tracking.
Eligibility: You should be old enough to manage your own finances and to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use: You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose, to reverse engineer it, or to interfere with its intended operation.
You own it: All content you enter — transactions, budgets, goals, notes, and receipt photos — is yours and stays on your device. We have no access to it.
You are responsible for it: Because your data lives only on your device, keeping backups (for example, using the in-app CSV or PDF export) is your responsibility. We cannot recover data lost if your device is lost, reset, or damaged.
Jondu is a paid app. Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by the Google Play Store under its own terms; we do not process or store your payment details.
Jondu is a personal budgeting tool, not a bank, financial advisor, or accounting service. Figures such as Safe-to-Spend and cash-flow forecasts are estimates to help you make decisions, and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content — including the Jondu name, logo, trademarks, and copyrights — are owned by the Jondu Team or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our prior written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Jondu Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted on this page with a revised date above. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
